Instruction to Install WordPress

Step 1: Visit the My Account (top menu bar on the right side, click on My Account -> My Account Visit)

Step 2: In My Account click the Launch Managed WordPress and click on the right domain name you just bought.

Note for the site you have installed and will not be able to install and manage because when clicking on it will take you to a page of the site admin, so you can go to manage at Godaddy by visiting Visit: gateway.godaddy.com

Once in the site gateway.godaddy.com you have 2 options, one is to create a new site from the site 2 is moved to another host, but at this stage we will do is create a new site (Create a New WordPress Site).

Step 3: Select Select a domain from your account and then select the domain you just bought in the previous step, if the other one is also in Godaddy domain, then you can choose the right, if the different domains at other providers, you need to point domain name corresponding to the IP of the host package and then add to the installation.

Step 4: Enter username, email and password for your site.

Step 5: Click Finish to complete the installation and wait 1 bit is set.

Note if Godaddy it will wait a long time to report a successful installation, so please check your email for the actual installation more quickly, in a snap!
After installation is complete you can access the admin site and log in under the username and password chosen in the previous step.

Some other settings you may need

1. Set up www.alowp.com WordPress which is not alowp.com

With shared hosting, you can usually many ways to do this but with WordPress hosting at Godaddy, only one way that is accessible gateway.godaddy.com, click the Settings button of the site you wish to edit and click Action to select www .alowp.com make primary.

2. Access the folder on the host via Filezilla

You will not be able to access the file management section here because this is the WordPress hosting so you may want to upload files to connect via FileZilla, you also need to access specific capgateway.godaddy.com, SSH & SFTP tab click to here you will find FTP accounts to connect but remember the 22 port and connection type laSFTP, in box Logon Type in FileZilla select Normal.
